About Madar Developments<\/h2>\n

In West Cairo, the company launched The Hillage compound on 100 feddans in Sheikh Zayed. On 16 June 2025 it announced Kenz compound on about 200 feddans opposite Sphinx Airport, with investments estimated at around EGP 30 billion. It is also developing Azha New Zayed compound on 200 feddans, with delivery in 2029.<\/p>\n

On the coast, the company is developing Azha North Coast village on Ras El Hekma Bay on 250 feddans, announced in June 2022 with initial investments of around EGP 16 billion, and the AQ Residence phase inside Azha Sokhna resort at Kilometer 34, with delivery on 31 December 2026.<\/p>\n
