It is a partnership between the National Real Estate Company of Kuwait (NREC) and the Egyptian company Wadi El Nil. The company&#8217;s own website is still under construction and points only to the Grand Heights project.<\/p>\n<h2>Kuwadico projects<\/h2>\n<p>The only announced project is <a href=\"https:\/\/westcapital-eg.com\/en\/projects\/grand-heights-6-october\/\">Grand Heights Compound 6th of October<\/a> on about 900 feddans, with villas, twin houses and townhouses, either fully finished or semi-finished. The project was offered to the public in March 2010, and its units were delivered between 2022 and 2025.<\/p>\n<h2>Prices and payment plans<\/h2>\n<p>The company does not publish official prices. The market shows starting prices from EGP 6.8 million for a resale townhouse and EGP 17.5 million as a starting price from the developer.
