Orb Towers Sheikh Zayed<\/a> is a mixed-use project on 15 feddans on the Gamal Abdel Nasser Axis next to Mall of Arabia. It combines residential, hospitality, offices and retail in two towers and 7 residential buildings with more than 700 units, and it was officially announced on 13 October 2026. It starts with a 5% down payment and installments over 8 years, with a second option over 10 years, and delivery is announced for the last quarter of 2028.<\/p>\n

Perla village<\/a> is a low-density coastal community on 325 feddans at Kilo 173 to 174 of the International Coastal Road in Dabaa, with a beachfront of 800 to 830 meters, a lagoon of about 30 feddans and roughly 60% green space. Units include chalets, villas and lagoon residences, with a 5% down payment and installments over up to 10 years, and a target delivery of December 2030.<\/p>\n

Zomra East compound<\/a> is built on 378 feddans in the Golden Square area on North 90 Street, with apartments from one to three bedrooms, townhouses, standalone villas and palaces.
