Mercon Developments is a development company working in New Cairo, the North Coast and the New Administrative Capital, combining residential, commercial and hotel projects. The company’s board is chaired by Ahmed Ambabi. Mercon announced Nurai in the Golden Square in the Fifth Settlement, on 16 feddans with investments of about EGP 10 billion across four phases, with around 80% of the area given to green and water landscapes. Its other projects include G7 in the Fifth Settlement and PAVO in the Financial and Business District of the New Administrative Capital. VX Mall extends over 33,600 square metres on North 90 Street.
