New Generation Development has two projects in our listings: Botanica Compound<\/a> in the New Administrative Capital<\/a> and Alma village<\/a> in New Alamein.<\/p>\n The company works in two different locations. In the New Administrative Capital it is building Botanica in residential district R7, on about 23 feddans with 966 units, with 81% of the area given to green spaces and lakes. On the North Coast it is launching Alma at Km 110 of the Alexandria-Matrouh road, on a site of between 113 and 135 feddans.
