The New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) is a government body under the Ministry of Housing that builds Egypt’s new cities and manages their land. On the North Coast it created the Marina El Alamein resort, with villages from Marina 1 to Marina 7, and West Capital lists resale units in these villages.<\/p>\n
The Authority was established by law in 1979 to oversee new urban communities. It allocates land to developers and supervises utilities. For that reason, Marina units are not sold with a developer’s payment plan. The buyer usually purchases from a previous owner, which makes it even more important to verify the unit, its title and the price before paying.<\/p>\n

Its villages combine chalets, villas and duplexes around lagoons, beaches and a yacht marina.
