Inertia Egypt is an Egyptian real estate developer that belongs to Inertia Holding Group and was founded in 2007. It has projects in Ras El Hekma on the North Coast and in 6th of October on the Cairo-Alexandria Desert Road. The most prominent is Jefaira village Ras El Hekma, on about 1,300 feddans (5.5 million square metres).<\/p>\n
Jefaira handovers began in 2024. Brix is almost fully delivered, and most of its units have sold out from the developer and are now offered on resale. The newer projects remain under construction, so ask for the delivery date and the penalty clause in writing in the contract.<\/p>\n
