It works in Egypt through large residential, commercial and tourism projects, best known for the Zed series in New Cairo and Sheikh Zayed, along with other projects in October and on the North Coast. Its projects are marked by a low building ratio against green spaces and large central parks, which sets its identity apart from many neighbouring compounds. Zed East Compound<\/a> is a residential community in New Cairo with an announced area of between 400 and 420 feddans, about 80% of it given to green spaces and landscaping. It includes apartments, twin houses, townhouses, villas and chalets, with sizes starting from 65 metres.<\/p>\n Zed Towers Sheikh Zayed<\/a> is a residential tower project on about 165 feddans around a central park of nearly 65 feddans, close to the 26th of July Corridor. Apartments start from 83 metres.<\/p>\n Zed West Compound<\/a> is at Gate 1 in Sheikh Zayed on El Nozha Street. Buildings take up no more than 25% of the area, and the project includes apartments, duplexes, villas and Zed Park, which covers 65 feddans.<\/p>\n Solana Compound<\/a> is a residential community of villas, twin houses and townhouses on 316 feddans near the Dabaa Axis.
