Polaris Parks has developed industrial parks in Egypt for about twenty years. It has put around 560 million dollars into direct industrial infrastructure, its industrial developments cover more than 10 million square meters, and it plans cumulative industrial investment of up to 4.5 billion dollars. From that experience in execution and infrastructure, the group moved into residential development by creating Polaris Homes.<\/p>\n
