Naia Developments is an Egyptian company founded in 2016 and formerly known as Jumeirah Egypt. West Capital presents its flagship project, Naia West Compound, on 140 acres at kilometer 42 of the Desert Road in New Zayed.

The company changed its name from Jumeirah Egypt to Naia, which is why you find both names in search results. It works in west Cairo, and its flagship project is a low-density community dominated by green and water areas. We also present the page of Jumeirah Egypt Real Estate, which carries the former name, and Jumeirah West Sheikh Zayed opposite Sphinx Airport, which carries the company’s former name.

Naia works on the design of its flagship project with Eng. Raafat Miller (RMC Consultants), which shows in the contemporary neoclassical style of the Naia West facades.

Naia West Compound covers 140 acres at kilometer 42 of the Cairo-Alexandria Desert Road in New Zayed, with green and water areas taking about 84%. It includes apartments, town houses, twin houses and villas with a down payment starting from 5% and installments of up to 12 years.

Naia projects suit those who want a large community dominated by greenery, with schools, clinics and a club inside the project, and who do not mind that it sits on the Desert Road at kilometer 42. Before booking, we advise you to see the construction progress on site, the phase your unit belongs to and the payment schedule written out in numbers.

Main Naia projects
