Schools, a university, hospitals, malls and sports clubs already operate inside the city, and units are delivered fully finished, with complete facilities and ready for immediate occupancy. Eng. The first phase is designed to hold about 250,000 people, with room to expand in later phases under a long-term master plan. The city relies on smart infrastructure that includes ultra-fast telecoms, artificial intelligence applications in managing facilities, and a modern internal mass-transit system. Several major developers are also taking part in the residential component, most notably Mountain View, which is developing the “Grand Valleys” project inside the city.<\/p>\n
