On the resale market, a 63 sqm chalet is offered at around EGP 8 million, a 65 sqm ground-floor chalet at around EGP 9.66 million, a 182 sqm townhouse at around EGP 34.34 million and a 170 sqm townhouse at around EGP 23.5 million.
