The idea is to bring living, work and medical services together in one compact site, with facades built on geometric lines, natural light and ventilation, and green spaces between the buildings. The buildings are arranged to protect privacy, with open green areas between the clusters.<\/p>\n
The project is positioned as a place that combines “work, living and care”, but the general site plan, the number of buildings and the number of floors have not been published, so we cannot state the project’s density precisely. If you are thinking of buying a clinic or an office, ask what share of the units is medical and what share is administrative, because concentration in one sector affects visitor traffic and later rental value.<\/p>\n
