The short terms are what set Dayz apart from villages that spread payments over 8 to 12 years, so make sure your income can carry the installments.<\/p>\n<p>It is worth noting that all four payment plans are short compared with many North Coast villages. That lightens the long-term commitment but raises the monthly installment. Dayz therefore suits buyers who prefer to finish paying quickly, or who plan to sell or rent the unit after delivery.
