Prices at Veln Mall start from EGP 2.625 million for medical units as of November 2026, with a 10% down payment, installments of up to 8 years and delivery expected in 2029.<\/p>\n

The building has a two-level basement, a ground floor and three typical floors. The ground and first floors are for shops, and the second and third floors are for clinics and administrative offices. Most of the plot is left as an open plaza and landscape, since the building occupies only about 30% of the area, which gives the project wider outdoor space than the average among nearby malls.<\/p>\n
The company worked with a group of specialist firms: Criteria Design Group (CDG) as design consultant, Kelma for development consulting, Egy Map for commercial asset management, and Rico for entertainment and operations consulting. The company later announced a new phase inside the project called MCS, with a competitive sales mechanism. This shows that units are released in batches and that prices move with each batch.<\/p>\n
What sets Veln apart is that its units are relatively small: a clinic starts from 21 sqm and an office from 29 sqm. That brings the entry price down to a level that many new administrative malls in the Fifth Settlement do not reach.
