Chalet sizes start from 65 m\u00b2 in some phases. The project offers several villa models of 3 to 5 bedrooms: the Signature villa and Villa 1 with five bedrooms, Villas 2, 3 and 5 with four bedrooms, and Villas 4 and 6 with three bedrooms, plus a three-bedroom twin house model. Villas are designed on two floors, with a roof terrace in some models. The project also includes chalets, townhouses and studios, so budgets range from the small chalet that suits individuals and small families to the large family villa.<\/p>\n
When choosing a unit, focus on three points: the unit’s position relative to the lagoon, the marina or the beach; the project phase it belongs to, because that sets the price and handover date; and the finishing condition stated in the contract. You may notice the same chalet listed at very different prices depending on its closeness to the waterfront, its floor and its phase.<\/p>\n

Figures differ by phase, because each phase is priced separately and prices change with every sales round. Prices start from EGP 8,917,560 and reach EGP 9.98 million for a one-bedroom chalet. Chalets of 70, 80 and 95 m\u00b2 range from roughly EGP 8.8 to 11.7 million. In the second phase, Salt Marina, chalets start from EGP 10 million and standalone villas from EGP 38 million (July 2026), while two-bedroom chalets start from EGP 13 million and townhouses from EGP 19.5 million. Payment plans and delivery<\/h2>\n
The down payment ranges from 5% to 10% depending on the phase and the offer: 10% at launch, with a 5% down payment plan also available. Repayment runs up to 10 years in most current offers, an 8-year plan is also available, and Salt Marina plans reach 8 years. Delivery is in the last quarter of 2027 for the project, with construction work having started in August 2024, and Salt Marina is delivered within 4 years. To reserve in Marina, a refundable seriousness deposit of EGP 200 thousand applies. Always ask for the delivery date of the phase you are buying in, not of the project as a whole.<\/p>\n
