The project includes chalets, apartments, duplexes, penthouses, townhouses, twin houses and standalone villas, spread across several neighborhoods, among them Naos, Ogma, Lunas, Velais, Solis Azha, Ophelia Lagoon Chalets and Sea Veil. The sizes are:<\/p>\n

Price figures differ by phase, because the neighborhoods and phases differ and some listings show resale prices. As of October 2026, the picture can be summarized as follows. These are approximate figures:<\/p>\n

Payment plans<\/h2>\n
The most common plan is a 5% down payment with the rest paid over up to 8 years, and there is an option with a 5% down payment and 9-year installments. Original plans are available with a 0%, 5% or 10% down payment and repayment periods of 6 to 10 years, along with limited offers with a lower down payment and installments of up to 10 years. These offers change quickly, and we rely only on what the developer confirms at booking. We help you work out the monthly installment for each plan.<\/p>\n
Handover dates vary by phase and neighborhood: December 2029 for some and the last quarter of 2027 for others. Ask about the handover date for your specific unit, about late-delivery penalties and how the unit is inspected, and keep a copy of the delivery schedule attached to the contract.<\/p>\n
The developer: Madaar<\/h2>\n
The developer is Madaar Development<\/a>, an Egyptian company founded in 2015 that develops Azha Ain Sokhna and Azha North Coast. For the master plan it brought in the American resort specialist WATG, and it used Crystal Lagoons to build the lagoon.<\/p>\n
