Resale listings show a 147 m\u00b2 chalet at about EGP 24.78 million and then at about EGP 25.15 million in another listing, close to the developer&#8217;s price, which means the gap between primary and resale is small on the larger units. Other Azha chalets (the older phases) appear in listings at much lower prices, from EGP 4.5 to 10.5 million, but they are different units in phase and delivery and are not suitable for direct comparison.<\/p>\n<p>To work out the price per meter: the one-bedroom chalet at EGP 14 million for 72 m\u00b2 comes to about EGP 194,000 per meter, and the two-bedroom chalet at EGP 25 million for 147 m\u00b2 comes to about EGP 170,000 per meter, so the larger unit is cheaper per meter.
