An important note: two pages appear under the name Vida Residence in October Gardens. One is by Kayan (price from EGP 2.14 million) and the other by Elaf Real Estate Development (price from EGP 4.64 million), and the second states that the project is in cooperation with Kayan. They appear to be two presentations of one project with two different price ranges, but we do not have confirmation from the developer, so we use Kayan’s data here.<\/p>\n
