As of November 2026, prices at The Marq start from EGP 15 million (and from EGP 8.45 million for some units), with a 5% down payment and installments over up to 8 years. The delivery date was December 2025, and actual handover of the first batches began in 2025.<\/p>\n<h2>About The Marq<\/h2>\n<p>The Marq is a gated compound and one of the developer&#8217;s flagship projects, with townhouses, villas and twin houses overlooking green spaces and water features. In February 2024 the company confirmed its commitment to deliver the project on time, with EGP 3 billion in investments and about 300 villas and themed gardens. The developing entity is The Marq Communities.
