<\/p>\nStone Capital Mall New Capital is an administrative, commercial and medical mall from Emerald Developments on the Al Amal Axis in district MU23 of the New Administrative Capital, announced with investments of EGP 3 billion. As of October 2026 it is under construction after its launch in August 2024. The project area ranges between 6,600 and 14,000 sqm, including large outdoor plazas, and the building rises to ground plus 9 floors.<\/p>\n
Emerald announced the project as a multi-use mall (commercial, administrative and medical) with EGP 3 billion in investments. Head of the commercial sector Ahmed Fares has stated that its MU23 location on the Al Amal Axis is a strategic advantage. The architectural design is by MTA under the supervision of Dr. Mohamed Talaat.<\/p>\n
Uses are distributed as follows: the ground, first and second floors are commercial (shops, restaurants and cafes), floors three to five are administrative, and floors six to nine are medical. The distribution of some floors may differ, so we confirm the floor assigned to each activity before reservation.<\/p>\n
The project suits anyone looking for a small administrative or medical unit on a smaller budget than a shop, clinic owners who prefer a medical and office building close to the R2 and R3 residential districts, and investors who want to enter with a relatively low reservation payment (EGP 30,000 for administrative and medical units).<\/p>\n

Delivery is in 2028, with handover within 4 years of contracting.<\/p>\n Worked example: a 19 sqm office at EGP 1,425,000 on the 15% down payment plan means a down payment of about EGP 213,750, leaving about EGP 1.21 million. Paid over 7 years (84 months), the monthly installment is about EGP 14,400 with no interest.
