As of October 2026 it is under construction. The project covers about 5,100 sqm, rising to ground plus 7 floors, and it is Dominar’s first project in the New Capital.<\/p>\n
The project offers administrative and commercial units with full luxury finishing. Its design is built around sustainability, with a solar energy system and central air conditioning and ventilation. The design is by Hit Architects, and the technology partners are Grand Stream, Huawei and Emto.<\/p>\n
This type of project is aimed at small and medium companies and company branches that want a base near banks and financial institutions without the cost of the large towers, with a focus on mid-sized units rather than very large ones.<\/p>\n

The mall is in the Banks Area inside the financial and business district of the New Administrative Capital<\/a>, on plot CS18, in an area with the Central Bank, banks, financial institutions and government buildings. The master plan places it near the Central Bank, the Egyptian Exchange and a number of banks. It also suits investors looking for a ready, fully finished administrative unit to rent to companies. It is a weaker fit for anyone who wants a shop that depends on ordinary visitors, because the financial district is driven mainly by official working hours.<\/p>\n Unit sizes start from 37 sqm in the published price lists, and are distributed as follows (October 2026):<\/p>\n The price list shows units of 37, 42, 43 and 54 sqm, and shops with larger areas are available.<\/p>\n Business Yard Mall prices start from EGP 4.5 million (EGP 4,537,500 for a 37 sqm unit, with an opening figure of EGP 4.65 million). Units from about EGP 3.8 million are also available in different sizes or on different terms (as of October 2026).<\/p>\n The announced payment plan is a 10% down payment with installments over up to 6 years. No official delivery date has been announced. Delivery in 2027 is mentioned for some units, so we treat it as unconfirmed and advise fixing it in the contract.<\/p>\n Worked example: a 37 sqm unit at EGP 4,537,500 with a 10% down payment means a down payment of about EGP 453,800, leaving about EGP 4.08 million. That is about EGP 56,700 a month over 6 years (72 months) in equal installments with no interest.
