<\/p>\nWestdays compound 6th of October (Westdays) is an integrated residential and commercial project by IL Cazar, officially announced on 29 April 2025 as the company’s second launch of the year, with investments estimated at about EGP 20 billion across four phases. The project is in the heart of 6th of October City next to the Hunting Club, and is sometimes listed among the northern expansions near the Gamal Abdel Nasser Axis. Construction began in May 2025, and since then Westdays has become one of the new projects our clients ask about most in West Cairo. Westdays prices start from EGP 4.5 million as of November 2026, with a 2.5% down payment and installments up to 10 years, and delivery in the last quarter of 2029.<\/p>\n
IL Cazar announced the project on 29 April 2025 at a launch event, describing it as a residential and commercial community with upscale homes and flexible retail space, built in four phases, and said the company is targeting sales of EGP 5 billion during 2025. Eng. Nader Khazam, Chairman and CEO, said the project was designed “in a busy area to be an integrated environment that lets residents live comfortably.”<\/p>\n
The master plan is built around low-rise buildings spread around a central lake, water channels and open gardens, as the project’s master plan shows. Green and water areas exceed 80% of the project land, a share we recommend confirming with the developer in the contract.<\/p>\n

The project is in 6th of October City<\/a> next to the Hunting Club, in an area between the 26th of July Axis and the Gamal Abdel Nasser Axis. Approximate travel times to the key points are:<\/p>\n The monorail station is in front of the project, and the site is listed among the northern expansions of 6th of October City near the Gamal Abdel Nasser Axis, which means it is inside the city itself and not on a distant extension.<\/p>\n Westdays covers 65 feddans. Fix the area in your contract before you reserve.<\/p>\n The unit types are apartments and penthouses, in these sizes:<\/p>\n Apartment sizes start from 75 sqm, so ask for the detailed plan of the unit you intend to buy. Units are delivered semi-finished.<\/p>\n Westdays prices start from EGP 4.5 million as of November 2026, which is the price of the smallest unit, while some categories start from EGP 5.6 million. Larger apartments and premium floors cost much more, and a 134 sqm apartment is around EGP 9 million.<\/p>\n So treat the starting price as the price of the smallest unit, not of what you are looking for, and ask for the current list for the size you need.<\/p>\n Payment plans start with a 2.5% down payment and installments up to 10 years, or a 5% down payment with installments up to 10 years, and the down payment can reach 10% on some units and booking periods. Fix the percentage in writing on the reservation form.<\/p>\n Delivery is in the last quarter of 2029, and construction began in May 2025.
