Delivery is announced for the last quarter of 2027. The project stands out because the developer’s brochure states that 85% of its land is set aside for green space and water features.<\/p>\n
ZG’s brochure describes the project as “Elevated Boutique Living”, an idea built on harmony and balance in the architectural design and landscaping. The project area is 58,800 square metres (about 14 feddans) including the extension. Its 113 units of standalone villas, twin houses and townhouses take up only about 15% of the area, while 85% is given over to gardens and water features, with a panoramic water body at its centre. The area is also quoted at about 10 feddans with 73 villas, and we recommend confirming the boundaries of the phase you are buying in.<\/p>\n

Lower figures such as EGP 9.75 million and EGP 8.46 million appear on some pages, but these are old or do not relate to the twin house model, so do not rely on them. Prices change with the model, the garden and the position within the project.<\/p>\n The announced plans vary by phase, and the main ones are:<\/p>\n A maintenance deposit of 7% applies.
