The project name appears in the available offers in several forms: “Six West”, “6 West” and “Six West Sheikh Zayed”. All of them refer to the same residential project. It is a residential building within the wider Beverly Hills community in SODIC West, launched as seven residential buildings overlooking the SODIC sports club. The master plan shows a design aimed at maximizing views of the club and the gardens, with a business garden separating the project from the northern area.<\/p>\n

Six West does not appear in SODIC’s current list of projects (October 2026). It belongs to the established SODIC West community, and most of the units on offer are resale units.
