<\/p>\nSumou Boulevard Mostakbal City is a mixed-use project launched by PARAGON | ADEER in partnership with Saudi Sumou Holding at the entrance of Mostakbal City in New Cairo. The project has been in its launch phase since April 2026 and is under construction. It combines serviced hotel apartments, residential units, administrative offices, shops and hotels along a 2 km central street, with announced investments of EGP 70 billion (about USD 1.35 billion).<\/p>\n
The project covers more than 500,000 square meters, about 119 feddans. Buildings take up only 20%, while green areas and landscaping occupy 80%. It is being built in 7 phases, and the company is currently focused on the first phase (1A and 1B) on about 100,000 square meters. The project’s space is split roughly evenly between residential hotel apartments, and commercial, administrative and hospitality units.<\/p>\n
Among its main components are three international hotels, including a Minor Hotels wellness resort with 90 rooms and 90 branded residences, a cultural museum, and an artificial intelligence campus within the AI 100 program. PARAGON | ADEER has also announced a partnership with Befit to launch Befit Living in The Circuit district inside the project. The exterior design follows the vision of the planning consultant Gensler, and the company is working with Schneider Electric and Orange Egypt on the technology infrastructure.<\/p>\n

Mostakbal City has a master developer that has a revenue-sharing agreement with PARAGON and Adeer.
