Travel times: Porto Sokhna 5 to 10 minutes, Galala City 10 minutes, the Zafarana road 15 minutes, the New Administrative Capital 45 minutes, New Cairo 60 to 65 minutes, and Suez one hour. Telal Shores is an hour by car from Cairo, which is consistent with the New Cairo times, but it depends on rush hours and the state of the Suez-Sokhna road, so allow more time on weekends and holidays.<\/p>\n

Prices at Telal Shores start from EGP 5.6 million (EGP 5.645 million) per the FAQ section, while the top of the page shows a launch price of EGP 16 million, which is closer to the largest units or the average villa and does not represent the starting price. Because of this contradiction, you should ask for the current price list with its date. The first figure most likely belongs to the smallest apartments (72 m\u00b2) and the second to the villa (300 m\u00b2), so ask the sales team to confirm the price of your unit before booking.<\/p>\n
