Apartment prices start from EGP 66,301 per sqm.<\/p>\n<p>We have listed a 188 sqm villa at about EGP 15 million and a 255 sqm villa at about EGP 21.9 million, while the 188 sqm villa has also ranged between EGP 17.3 and 22 million, so figures can differ with the garden and the position inside the compound. A maintenance deposit of 8% applies, along with an optional club fee of about EGP 380,000.<\/p>\n<h2>Payment Plans<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>5% down payment with installments over up to 7 years on all listed units.<\/li>\n<li>10% down payment with installments over 8 years and an 8% discount on delivery.
