Elo New Alamein (also called Elo Resort) is a coastal resort of studios and chalets at Km 116 of the Alexandria-Matrouh road, in the heart of New Alamein City. Prices at Elo start from EGP 2.4 million, with a 10% down payment (one of four options) and installments over up to 6 years. Delivery is June 2027 and the project covers 12 feddans. It has been under construction since 11 October 2026.<\/p>\n

They differ clearly between phases and unit types, and the July 2024 figures differ again, especially on price, down payment and developer name, so we show ranges rather than a single number. Elo location and Km 116<\/h2>\n

The project sits at Km 116 of the Alexandria-Matrouh road, inside New Alamein City. It is in the city centre, close to the high-speed electric train station, the New Alamein monorail and the central business district. Its frontage faces the coastal road and the Alamein Towers, next to the Italian and German World War II memorial, and it is near the new Hamra port. It is opposite the New Alamein Towers.<\/p>\n

Travel times: about 15 minutes to New Alamein city centre, about 20 minutes to Alamein International Airport, an hour and a half to Alexandria and two and a half hours to Cairo. The central location gives the project easy access to services, but it is not a beachfront village directly on the sea.<\/p>\n

The project covers 12 feddans. The building ratio varies by phase: 78% of the area is gardens and artificial lakes, and buildings cover about 22% of the land. Buildings are ground plus 4 floors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

The project also offers fully furnished and finished hotel units, and residential units from 50 m\u00b2 (studio) to 125 m\u00b2. We also list chalets of 125, 142 and 180 m\u00b2. The master plan shows entry through two gates, “Elo Strip” and the “Leora” hotel, and three swimming pools running along the length of the project.<\/p>\n

Elo prices<\/h2>\n

Prices at Elo start from EGP 2.4 million for a one-bedroom chalet (50 m\u00b2), with a detailed launch price of EGP 2,352,000. Two bedrooms start from EGP 3.2 million and three bedrooms from EGP 6 million. Much higher figures also appear: a starting price of EGP 5.35 million, EGP 11.25 million in a sales box and EGP 17.1 million in a header, with no explanation for the gap.<\/p>\n

A gap this large means the number depends on the unit type, the floor and the phase, and on whether the price comes from the developer or from a resale. Do not rely on a single figure until the specific unit and the per-metre cost of finishing and furnishing are confirmed.<\/p>\n
