As of the October 2026 update, prices at Creek Town start from EGP 7 million, with a 5% down payment and installments over up to 8 years, and delivery in December 2026 for units under construction. The project covers 100 feddans, with buildings taking up about 20% and green space about 80%.<\/p>\n
The company announced Creek Town as its second project after Go Heliopolis. It has three phases on 100 feddans, with buildings of 3 to 5 floors depending on the phase. In December 2024 the first phase included about 300 twin houses and standalone villas, and the company announced that handover would begin in Q1 2025 and continue from 2026. The total reached 1,500 units, all sold. Investment figures differ by phase (from EGP 3 billion to more than EGP 11 billion). Project images show a contemporary architectural style, with villas that have swimming pools and wide gardens.<\/p>\n

IL Cazar Developments<\/a> was previously known as Go Khazam Development. It changed its name in April 2022 with no change in shareholders, and began with the Go Heliopolis project before launching Creek Town. The company is part of the Khazam real estate marketing group, founded in 1960 by Helmy Khazam, and Khazam and IL Cazar are two names for the same company.
