Mega Mall New Capital, also marketed as Pyramids Mega Mall, is a large commercial, administrative, medical and entertainment project by Pyramids Developments<\/a> at the southern entrance of the New Administrative Capital, on the southern Mohamed bin Zayed Axis. The project is under construction and is sold in phases, as of the October 2026 update. It covers 140 feddans, and we recommend confirming the final area with the developer before contracting.<\/p>\n

About Mega Mall New Capital<\/h2>\n

The project presents itself as an integrated destination rather than a traditional mall. It combines retail, administrative and medical units in multiple buildings surrounded by open spaces, gardens, lakes and entertainment areas. The project has about 43 buildings (October 2026): some are retail buildings of a ground floor plus six floors, some are administrative buildings of a ground floor plus nine floors, and there is a specialized medical building. Buildings take only about 23% of the land, and the rest is green and service space.<\/p>\n

The developer, Pyramids, is carrying out the project in partnership with the Armed Forces Land Projects Agency, and the engineering consultant Con Creative handles the architectural design. The announced highlights include a restaurant hanging at a considerable height (figures differ by phase and unit type, between 40 meters and 138 meters), an open-air hologram theater, a large aquarium, a multicultural market and a virtual shopping experience.<\/p>\n

The project is at the southern entrance of the New Administrative Capital on the southern Mohamed bin Zayed Axis<\/a>, between the fourth and fifth residential districts and facing the Towers tourist zone and the Green River. It takes about 5 minutes to reach the Middle Ring Road and a short distance to Al Fattah Al Aleem Mosque. It is about 10 minutes from the Government District and the Financial and Business District (CBD), and about 25 minutes from the capital’s international airport. These times are estimates and depend on road conditions.<\/p>\n
