It is being built with Dorra Group, which is 79 years old and whose projects include Azzar North Coast, Azzar 2 New Cairo, Zayed Heights, Hadayek El Mohandessin and Zayed 2000. It does not suit anyone who needs to move in immediately or wants an apartment on a mid-range budget.
