Tamera is a Red Sea beachfront community with views over lakes and green space, aimed at weekend stays and year-round living. Construction work began on 1 July 2026. Tamera is a neighborhood within Lasirena Palm Beach, a short walk from its beach and main facilities, and its master plan gives a large share of the land to landscaped natural areas, designed to match the resort’s style.<\/p>\n

It suits buyers who want holidays close to Cairo (about an hour and a half away) and can handle a relatively higher 20% down payment with a shorter installment period. The larger units (145 to 170 sqm) suit families, while an investor may look at the two-bedroom units because their entry price is lower. Ask what share of your income the monthly installment represents, and work out the total you will pay before you reserve.<\/p>\n Ain Sokhna’s first advantage is its distance from Cairo. The trip takes about an hour and a half, compared with roughly three hours to the north-west coast, which makes it an option for weekends all year round, not just in summer.
