CityZen Mostakbal City is a residential project under development by Al Qamzi Developments<\/a> in the heart of Mostakbal City, east of Cairo. The company bought the land in December 2025. The project covers 94 feddans, only 16% of it built-up and 84% green space, lakes and open areas. It includes apartments, penthouses, townhouses and standalone villas of 62 to 240 sqm. CityZen prices start from EGP 3.7 million.<\/p>\n

The project stands on land bought by Al Qamzi, the master developer of Mostakbal City. At the signing, the company announced total investments of about EGP 50 billion and a five-year construction period. Construction began on 13 January 2026, and the project is sold as freehold.<\/p>\n

Building heights range from ground plus 4 floors to ground plus 5 floors, with a maximum of 4 units per floor and two elevators in each building. This layout gives units more privacy than crowded towers. Units are delivered Core & Shell, meaning the buyer handles the interior finishing.<\/p>\n

The project is in Mostakbal City<\/a>, east of Cairo, between New Cairo and the New Administrative Capital, one of the fastest-growing areas on the Suez Road. The site benefits from its closeness to the Fifth Settlement, the Regional Ring Road and the Mohamed Naguib Axis, and it is surrounded by large compounds from well-known brands, which raises the area’s appeal for living and investing.<\/p>\n
