Nammos Ras El Hekma is the first integrated destination carrying the Nammos brand in Egypt. UAE-based Modon Holding<\/a> announced it with Nammos Hotels & Resorts on 16 July 2026 inside the Wadi Yemm district. It is at the launch stage with delivery in 2030. Prices at Nammos Ras El Hekma start from EGP 12 million, and from EGP 15 million in its promotional announcement, with a 10% down payment and installments over up to 10 years. Delivery is in 2030.<\/p>\n

The project is in the Wadi Yemm district, the first of Ras El Hekma’s 17 districts, on the North Coast in Matrouh Governorate. Ras El Hekma lies between kilometre 170 and kilometre 220 on the international coastal road, near the Fouka road, Alamein Airport and New Alamein, and the project has no single kilometre marker of its own. Wadi Yemm district is 30 minutes from Sidi Abdel Rahman, about 2 hours from Alexandria and 3 hours from Cairo.<\/p>\n
