CommonHaus Sheikh Zayed is a serviced hotel-apartment project by Upwyde Real Estate Development at Zayed Gate 4 in Sheikh Zayed<\/a>, and one of the 2026 launches. Prices at CommonHaus start from EGP 7 million for the smallest hotel apartment (as of the last update in October 2026), with a 5% down payment and installments over up to 10 years in a preliminary format. Delivery is in 2029.<\/p>\n

About CommonHaus<\/h2>\n

The project offers living with five-star hotel service, in a contemporary European design with glass facades and green spaces that exceed the built-up area. Units are sold fully finished. Booking for the current phase opens on 15 June 2026, and the developer is Upwyde, which also built Gazbia compound in October.<\/p>\n

We do not know whether CommonHaus is a phase within the same project or a separate address with its own master plan, so ask sales about this exact difference. One advantage of the location is its closeness to established service areas in Sheikh Zayed. A drawback is that Zayed Gate 4 gets congested at peak hours, so test the route in the morning and evening, and estimate the distance to your work and the children’s schools if you will live here permanently. Because the project sits inside a large development, make sure you know the entrance allocated to CommonHaus residents and what guest parking is available.<\/p>\n
