This is our own calculation, not a price announced by the developer. That is an old announcement and does not necessarily mean it is valid now. Delivery is in the first quarter of 2027. In a project that began selling in 2019, there are many resale units on the market, and their prices differ with the finishing status and the remaining installments, so compare the developer’s offer with what is listed on the secondary market for the same unit. It is also important to note that the company announced in February 2021 that handover would begin from 2023, so the date has moved over time. In 2021 the company announced a round-the-clock spa, jogging tracks, a lagoon, a swimming pool, restaurants and commercial services. When you view the project, ask about the condition of these facilities, how they are operated and what a subscription costs. In a project that began selling years ago, part may already be delivered and part still under construction, which affects actual occupancy and the services available. Some other elements, such as the playgrounds and hotel services, need confirmation from the developer before you rely on them in a purchase decision.<\/p>\n The project suits anyone looking for a three-bedroom apartment starting from 141 meters in the Golden Square with a relatively near delivery (2027), and those who prefer a classic Art Deco design and a low building ratio. Since all the units on offer are three-bedroom, it suits families more than the small investor, though it may attract an investor looking at long-term rentals to families in the area.
