\u00d6zel Sheikh Zayed (also written Ozel) is a low-density residential project by Polaris Homes on Al Nozha Street, opposite Al Rabwa Compound. It offers twin houses of 247 and 265 square meters and apartments from 132 to 164 square meters, with payment plans of up to 8 years.<\/p>\n

About \u00d6zel Sheikh Zayed<\/h2>\n

In Turkish, \u00f6zel means special or private, and the project tagline, “Designed for the few”, sums up the idea: a limited number of homes in a low-density community where green areas and landscaping take up a large share of the land. It is the first residential project Polaris Homes has launched, after years of work in industrial parks.<\/p>\n

The design uses glass facades that blend into the green surroundings, with elements drawn from contemporary Turkish architecture. The twin houses have Turkish-style inner courtyards, double-height ceilings and private parking shaded by pergolas. The apartments are in low-rise buildings with a wide main entrance and hotel-style privacy.<\/p>\n
