<\/p>\nThe 205 Arkan Palm project is an integrated city on 205 acres in Sheikh Zayed on the 26th of July Corridor, combining residential and hotel units, offices, clinics and shops around a water channel about two kilometers long. The idea of the project is that residents, employees and visitors find everything they need in one place: living, working, healthcare, shopping and hotels. People write the name as 205 Arkan Palm or the 205 project in Sheikh Zayed, and it is a single project with multiple phases.<\/p>\n

Offices are available fully finished or core and shell depending on the building, and they suit companies that want a headquarters in Sheikh Zayed near Arkan Plaza.<\/p>\n The project includes the Safa Med Park medical complex, the Canal Walk commercial area with its shops and restaurants along the banks of the water channel, a social club and cycling paths.
