It consists of three connected towers, each devoted to a different activity, so patient traffic does not mix with shoppers and office staff. It holds about 175 units across shops, offices, clinics and spaces set aside for banks and a hypermarket.<\/p>\n<p>The name is a literal description of the project&#8217;s visual identity: facades of reflective gray glass that reduce heat absorption, with gray and white marble floors continuing the color inside. The project images show a plaza with fountains and steps in front of the facade, and a bridge linking the volumes.<\/p>\n<p>One of its key design decisions is raising the building about 10 meters above the surrounding ground, so units get a panoramic view and a visible frontage onto the axis from every direction, avoiding the problem of low units on fast roads.<\/p>\n<h2>The Gray Mall location<\/h2>\n<p>The Gray sits on the frontage of the Nasr Axis in the Fifth Settlement, next to the Attorney General&#8217;s building.
