Zaha Park Mall is a multi-activity project that brings retail shops, administrative offices and medical clinics under one roof on 7,200 square meters, about two feddans. Its curved facade, inspired by the philosophy of the architect Zaha Hadid, has flowing waves and panoramic glass facades that flood the units with daylight, and Home Town carried out the design with the engineering consultancy Hussein Sabour.<\/p>\n
The building has a two-floor basement, the ground floor, nine upper floors and a roof with a sky lounge, and activities are distributed vertically with care: retail on the ground, first and second floors, medical from the third to the fifth, and administrative from the sixth to the ninth, so each activity gets the right operating environment.<\/p>\n
The project is unique for an artificial lake with a sandy beach of 1,200 square meters directly in front of the mall, a dancing fountain, a bowling hall and a sky lounge on the roof, entertainment elements that attract visitors and raise foot traffic in front of the shops. The project follows an integrated operating system covering a leasing strategy, tenant mix selection and a long-term financial model that defines returns and operating expenses.<\/p>\n
This arrangement means a visitor who comes for a clinic, an office or entertainment walks past the shops on the lower floors, so every activity benefits from the presence of the others. The wide glass facade opens the building to the street and the lake, so units facing the front look more visible than interior units.<\/p>\n
