Sleek Mall is a large building with a built-up area of about 57,000 m\u00b2, with two basement levels for parking, a double-height ground floor and six upper floors. Abdullah + Ibrahim Design Firm designed it in a modern European style with glass facades, and it is given over to retail, restaurants and cafes, administrative offices and clinics.<\/p>\n
Each floor plate is about 4,700 m\u00b2, which allows wide corridors, exhibition and event halls and a family entertainment area. Underground parking covers about 30,000 m\u00b2 and holds more than 1,200 cars, a figure that matters in a mall that depends on visitors arriving by car.<\/p>\n
The medical wing includes one-, two- and three-room clinics delivered fully finished, so a doctor receives a unit ready to equip rather than a bare shell.<\/p>\n
