A One Group (also written A1 Development) began operating in 1983 and has carried out residential projects, towers and factories in Alexandria, Giza, Sharqia and Cairo, along with engineering supervision, finishing, landscaping and swimming pool work in resort villages in Ain Sokhna and Sharm El Sheikh. Among its main residential projects is City One Compound El Shorouk, on 304 feddans. Prices start from EGP 5.4 million with installments over up to 10 years depending on the phase, as of October 2026. We advise reviewing the company’s record in delivering residential projects before you sign, and asking about the written delivery date and the stages of construction on the ground, since some of the published figures for the project are old and need confirmation.
