Capital Group Properties is an Egyptian developer founded in 2015 and owned in equal shares by Abu Dhabi Capital Group and Al Ain Real Estate for Foreign Investment. It is now known as Imkan Misr. Its main project is Al Burouj compound in El Shorouk, on 1,200 feddans, with international schools, a medical center, a retail mall and a smart village.
