Eagle Group Developments began operating in 2009 with contracting and concrete work, then moved into finishing, landscaping and square development. It has residential and commercial projects in Badr City, El Shorouk and New Cairo. West Capital offers two of its projects: Eagle 85 Mall El Shorouk, with units from EGP 7 million, and Eagle Hub Mall Shorouk City, with units from EGP 5 million, as of October 2026. Some pages differ on which company owns the two projects, as others attribute them to Al Nasr Real Estate Development, so confirm the developer’s name in the contract before any payment.
