What to check when buying from Genedy
When a developer has one announced project, the paperwork is your first protection. Ask for the following before signing, and we will review it with you:

La Place in New Zayed is close to the Wahat Road, the Middle Ring Road, Mall of Egypt and Mall of Arabia, and sits opposite Al Karma compound. Its units suit a family that wants a villa in a small, low-density community, and they do not suit someone looking for an apartment, because the project is villas only.
