Landmark Sabbour Development (LMD)

Landmark Sabbour Development (LMD) is an Egyptian real estate developer working in New Cairo, Mostakbal City and the North Coast. It is known for Aria in Mostakbal City, which spans about 108 feddans with gardens and artificial lakes. Projects such as One Ninety Mall and Stei8ht Compound in Fifth Settlement are also attributed to the company.

Landmark Sabbour should not be confused with Ahly Sabbour Development. They are two different companies despite the similar names. Because the figures on the founding year differ, we do not state a specific date here. West Capital lists Aria with the latest announced prices and payment plans, and you can ask about the available units on WhatsApp.
