The company’s project we currently list is Eco West Compound 6th of October, built on about 120 feddans in the October Gardens area near Mall of Egypt, Mall of Arabia and Sphinx Airport. The compound has apartments, duplexes and penthouses from about 80 square meters, and most of its land is given to green space and artificial lakes, with a limited building ratio. At launch the company announced that the project has about 3,800 units with investments of nearly EGP 2.5 billion, plus a sports club of about 18 feddans, schools and service facilities.

As of November 2026, 90-meter apartments run from about EGP 1.5 to 1.98 million depending on the construction stage, and 108-meter apartments cost about EGP 2.2 million. The most common plan is a 10% down payment with installments up to 6 years, and some plans stretch to 7 or 8 years depending on the unit. These figures change from one phase to the next, so ask us for the schedule in force before any decision.
Delivery and New City’s construction record
A delivery date of 2024 was announced earlier for Eco West, and that date has passed. We make no promises on dates here.
