ORA Developers is a development company founded by the businessman Naguib Sawiris. It works in Egypt, Cyprus, Greece, Pakistan and Grenada. Our site lists two of its projects in Egypt: Solana in New Zayed, and Silver Sands in the North Coast.

About ORA Developers

ORA presents itself as a developer of integrated residential and tourism destinations. Its work in Egypt includes Zed East in New Cairo, where it has begun delivering the first homes, and Zed Towers in Sheikh Zayed. Haitham Abdel Azim is ORA’s chief executive in Egypt. Silver Sands North Coast brings to the Mediterranean coast the experience of the Silver Sands resort that ORA became known for in Grenada.

Solana Compound New Zayed is a residential community of villas, twin houses and townhouses on 316 feddans near the Dabaa Axis. It is under construction with an announced delivery in 2027. Prices start from EGP 15.2 million with a 5% down payment and installments up to 10 years, with no-down-payment plans in some phases.

Silver Sands North Coast is a coastal village on 506 feddans at Sidi Heneish, at kilometer 247 of the Alexandria-Matrouh road. Its master plan was prepared by WATG, with about 50% of the land set aside for green space, and it has 12 gated residential clusters. Unit prices start from EGP 34.4 million as of November 2026.

Delivery and construction

ORA has begun delivering the first units at Zed East. Its other projects are under construction, and their announced dates vary. We therefore advise you to fix the delivery date in the contract and to ask us for the construction status before booking.
