About Saoud Urban
On 12 February 2026 the company announced an agreement with Accor to develop Swissotel Cairo West, a 180-room hotel with residential units carrying the hotel brand. It is the company’s first major project in Egypt. Because it is new to the Egyptian market, it has no long record of delivered projects, so we recommend reviewing the contract and the hotel management terms carefully.
Swissotel Residences 6th of October
The project sits in the eastern Sheikh Zayed extensions of 6th of October City, near the Dahshur link road, about 200 meters from Al Gezira Club and 10 minutes from the Grand Egyptian Museum. Units range from studios of about 46 square meters to one, two and three-bedroom apartments, furnished and serviced by the hotel.

The down payment is 5% with installments over up to 8 years. Announced delivery is 2029, extending to the last quarter of 2030 for other units, so have the date fixed in writing in the contract. A one-bedroom apartment starts from EGP 11 million, a two-bedroom from EGP 16 million and a three-bedroom from EGP 21 million. Figures vary by model and update date.
